A pure waste of time and effort. A very amateurish hiring process. They obviously got my CV and LinkedIn profile. I had 3 interviews with them, an online test, plus a criminal record check, to send me the cold regret email. reason? I lack experience in the public sector. So basically, they clearly saw that I have no experience in the public sector all the way, as it is well indicated in my CV and LinkedIn profile, yet, they put me through 3 interviews of 1 hour each, asking me all the intricate product questions, which I answered, to give me this useless and illogical reason. I do not recommend this company to anyone. This is a sign of a lack of professionalism and intelligence, not caring about people's time. A sign of bad culture.
