Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the interview process at Interfolio. Each interview organized through Zoom and clearly communicated. I knew who I was talking to and there were not any surprises. The process was not rushed and during any delays the recruiter was transparent with the next steps.
At the time of my screening call with recruitment, I was not actively looking for a position. The recruiter's passion for the company and role sparked my interest and I was hungry to learn more. This was the first interview where I felt the recruiter customized her messaging towards my background and location - I was very impressed and excited to move forward.
The second round of interviews included calls with the VP and Director of Marketing. The biggest selling point of changing jobs is the management team and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of questions they asked. I also feel that I got to know each interviewer which is hard to do in a short call.
The grand finale of interviews included a marathon panel of individuals across all areas of the business (including the CEO)! Coming from a large company, I was over the moon to have a conversation with these individuals. Each person had a new question to ask and sold me on Interfolio's product, culture, and path forward.
