First I had a phone call with the HR manager after I applied for the job both online & via email. The HR manager gets back to you, unlike many other companies that makes you question if they have ever received your application. The we set up a in person meeting at their office in NYC. Met with two managers 1:1. The interview was like most interviews. I felt the positivity from them instantly and wanted to work here already. Shortly after the interview they told me the result and I started working 1 week or so after that.
