Easy basic questions, polite, non intimidating, understanding that I was nervous. I started in a group of people and they explained the job and answered general questions and then they took us one by one to interview individually. I got a call very shortly after that offering me the job from the HR rep who scheduled all my training very professionally.

The first part of the interview will be in a group. Of course dress professionally, anyone that did not did not get called into the one on one. They will ask group questions- try to answer differently than those around you. There will be a typing test. If you pass then you get a one on one standard interview.
