Had an initial interview with the HR rep - asked basic questions about my submitted resume. Very simple stuff - probably just making sure I seemed legit. 2nd Interview was with my eventual team leader and dept manager. It was relatively casual. My resume has lots of IT support experience, so after they asked a few easy support questions, they were relatively satisfied with my knowledge and credentials.
