Applied on LinkedIn then received a phone call the next day. It was an automated interview with an AI bot. While I was on the phone I received a text saying I would be getting a call soon which was obvioulsy wrong since I was already on the phone. The bot jumped right in and started asking very basic, all-encompassing questions like what is your experience with brand marketing. Then it asked for pay information but would not accept a range even though the listing so I wasn't sure if it even took my answer. After this experience it made me think the company doesn't have great communication, internal or external, and that's not the kind of culture I'm hoping to find.
