Mass virtual hiring event. Process took 2 weeks before the offer was decided. Interview took place over MS teams and 1 HR person was there accompanied by 2 chief engineers.

Describe a time you came in conflict with another co-worker
3 hours for 3 different interviews. They asked pretty much the same questions. Questions were behavior and experience focused. Interview was over zoom. Overall, the process wasn't difficult per say but definitely exhausting.
Phone Interview with a video call to follow up. Managers from different plants were on the call and asked questions about previous experience as well as personal questions to gauge if you're the right fit.
