Pre-screen phone interview by a recruiter was the first step after application. Face to face with a hiring manager and other department managers that possibly have interests / in openings was held at the headquarter where the position was located. A final phone interview with Director of the division was scheduled after the face to face. There were two recruiters involved and both of them were very helpful and informative for the entire process from interview, offer and relocation. The process itself took a long time due to the time conflicts of hiring managers and director, but overall it was handled in a professional manner.

Behavior style questions with 2-3 interviewers lasting about an hour. Interviewers were friendly and managed time appropriately. It was a pleasant and professional experience. The interviewing style was different than most other companies in my experience, they are looking for real life examples and not just theoretical "what would you do" type of questions.
