After being shortlisted for the position, I did a written test of 2hours. It was allowed use Internet by putting references of theinformation, followed by the prescrenning interview of 15 minutes with 3 people.

Entretien
No presentation. Both technical (about how my qualifications and JD align) and Behavioural (team work, conflict resolution). Interviews at IFAD are virtual, no need for physical presence. THe panel was composed of four people from different departments.
