The interview process was a 45 minute interview where they asked 5 personal questions in the STAR method format. I was met with 3 staff members where 1 was a recruiter and one was a software engineer for the company.

My initial interview with International Paper was a positive experience. The people I spoke with were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The questions were straightforward, not too technical, which made it easier to focus on communication and fit. Overall, it was a good first step in the process

Interview is in person and you are fully compensated for all expenses. Stay in hotel, and have interviews next day. There are two in person interviews. Its a very streamlined process
