Receive a call from someone to schedule interview. Initial interview was scheduled 3 weeks out. Initial interview is with a small panel to include the closest HR Rep. 2nd interview is scheduled with another small panel to include more key employees with the HR manager virtually logged in. HR Director from out of state plant may call to continue the interview process. This process takes about 2 months.

3 rounds of interviews - phone call, one on one at university, one at HQ in Memphis, then one at the location they want to place you at there is a physical exam, drug test, meet and greet, dinners, meetings
