I'm not sure if this was due to the organization itself or the recruiter, but I had a poor experience with my recruiting screening. The recruiter: -spelled my name wrong in their email -scheduled the screening call 15 minutes outside of my given availability -arrived 4 minutes late to the interview -didn't allow for any questions at the end of the screening The first question the recruiter asked was about my salary expectations, we didn't talk much about my qualifications. I never received an update after the screening.

You have an initial call with the recruiter and then a zoom call with hiring manager and team member. After that you have to give them five references (2 of which have to be managers). The whole process was a nightmare start to finish. I gave my references and would check in each week for an update. Find out weeks later the position has been filled. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
