Pretty straightforward. There must be a lot of turnover. Doesn't seem to be a lot of pre-screening going on as they seemed willing to extend an offer of employment without ever meeting face-to-face.

Had three separate interviews. Recruiter asked personable questions and got to know more; was not the typical “where do you see yourself in 5years”. This was followed by a couple of easy quizzes.

2 interviews and a case study as well as an excel test. Case study and excel test are given before the final interview. Ahead of excel test, you’re told exactly what you need to know for the test.
