Online application consisted of creating an account and uploading a CV and Cover Note.
Interview was a standard competency based process lasting around an hour. Questions predominantly related to managing poor behaviour amongst frontline team members which wasn’t a great sign. I was told I’d hear back within one week either way, and that didn’t happen, which is disappointing considering the time and effort applicants put in to the process.
