HR team was very cooperative in whole interview process and Interview process was very smoothly and their questions were very relevant with technology and medium level complexity perspective in all 3 rounds.

They asked oops concepts, design pattern and logical questions.
4 rounds of interview, Technical skills are tested very well.
You shall be very strong technically as well as good communication skills are required.
They started with a written test following first round of Technical interview, third round was HR round , fourth and final round was with the onsite team which was again very technical.

Entretien
it was in Oct month 2014, when i got interviewed for the Sr. Software Engg position with VServ Business Solutions, Mohali center. I did knew about this company a bit as i was working in the same Quarkcity building. I have been through 3 technical rounds of interview during a walk-in.
My experience through interviews was normal, though the technology exposure was good to know.
After a week i was contacted by Hr. I accepted the offer and joined and i am happy that i took the right decision. I have upgraded myself in terms of Technologies and have received many appreciations form seniors.
