Fun and relaxed interview - Over course of ~1-2months I was phone interviewed a number of times by the hiring manager and finally was offered in person interview. There were a series of rounds in which I interviewed with team members from the group I was applying, as well as the hiring director/direct manager and the director of the company.

I was applying for the Human Therapeutics Division. I met with 12 people over the course of 4 hours. It was very tedious (long process) but the questions were pretty standard. They clearly set out the expectations for the role and the interview gave a good glimpse of what working with the people would be like. No tour of the facility.
