First interview was a screening interview but also technical but without going into details, which they told me that that would be done on the second step of the process. The HR representative was clearly inexperienced, nervous, and with no sense of conducting an interview, that was extremely awkward. I clearly felt that he was training with me, and I was right. 3 days later he called me saying that they chose someone internally. Why wasting my time if that was the priority!? So much disrespect! Reading some comments here, I can see that that is something that they do regularly! Incredible!
