Intuitive invests significant time in evaluating both the fit for the role and the cultural fit between the individual and the organization. The executive recruiter I worked with, Ken, provided continual updates and very valuable feedback throughout and was always available for questions and conversations. I got the opportunity to meet with multiple people, had many great discussions and really felt like I got all of my questions answered during the process. I was first contacted through LinkedIn, from one of the company's executive recruiters. After the initial phone screen the process consisted of one to one interviews (approx. 10), one in person and the rest over zoom. The process was well organized and the recruiter was extremely thorough. I was pleased to have had the opportunity to meet with the hiring manager three times throughout the process. During the interviews each person emphasized the mission driven culture and the company's core values.
