haphazard process should have been an indicator of the inept culture at the firm. It is comical how they try to act like they are doing thorough due diligence. They are just putting you in front of a lot of people who don't quite know why they are involved in the interview process. no difficult questions, just chit-chat. I guess they are just making sure you are not a complete freak show. They know if you're interviewing here you must not be that ambitious or you are out of work and need a paycheck. If you have half a brain you'll be hired and then you'll regret accepting the offer within the first month here when you realize what a brain-numbing place it really is.
