Video interviews with a number (5) of different team members. Interviews were very personable and was a focus of being a good fit for the team. Overall discussion was around my current role and what I could bring to the team. Interviews were two in nature with questions on both sides.

Entretien
Very straightforward. Phone interview with hiring manager. Then in person interview with PM team. Process was drawn out due to the number of people they were looking at for the position. Took about 3 months from start to finish but 1 month is probably more common.

Focused on former experience and how it could be applied to ETF management. It's a huge organization and they are concerned with cultural fit and that the potential hire has the right existing skill set.
