Entretien
Starting off with a self-recorded video interview. It is then followed by 2 rounds of video interview panels that each last 1 hour, and there was a phone interview with HR person as well, in between the video session rounds.

List 3 strengths and weaknesses, examples of how I've helped improve a process before, examples of managing conflict situation, example of having demonstrated leadership, biggest accomplishment so far at work etc.
Good. Lots of prep and help available. HR is also good at understanding what the needs are. Not difficult - values focussed. Would suggest prepping from their website and knowing some basic products.

Entretien
Despite the day before the interview I received a job offer (accepted) from another employer, I attended the interview with the max effort and professionalism.
The job interview went well.. and the week after the HR team arranged another call with one of the hr associates.
Never got feedback though.
I spent a few hours to prepare the interview.. it's always very disappointing not receiving feedback.
