Be prepared to wait, whole process took 4 months for them to put it on hold, I know 2 other colleagues who had the same thing with them, one got a job the other didn't. From first meeting, it took 6 weeks to get back in, then another 3 months to meet the UK head, then they just said we've hired a lot this year it's on hold. Complete waste of my time. Since, I have spoken to recruiters and they are known for this in London apparently. I met in total 3 guys all nice, but never serious about taking it it forward, to me they don't know what they want or what good looks like.

Great process! I went through 4 interviews in total. First with HR and then with different group interviews with a range of private bankers and my potential manager. The communications were clear and overall I throughly enjoyed the process and conscientiousness of the team.

Took 4 weeks from submitting CV to being called in for 1st interview which was then arranged very quickly. Was called back within 48 hours for a panel interview but then left waiting close to 3 weeks because the 'panel hadn't given feedback'. Was then called back within 48 hours again - a week later was told I didn't get the job nor feedback after going in at less than 48 hours notice for all 3 interviews, meeting 6 interviewers and over 8 weeks of waiting on them.

Entretien
The first 'exploratory' interview I attended was very general and more about me than the company. The interviewer wanted to know if I was the right fit for the company and asked about my background and education as well as my general interests. I was told my personality suited the company but I did not have enough experience for the position. They are great with feedback.
