Unnecessarily difficult and long process. There are concerns about data privacy as well. I've read that they use interview data to train AI. The interview process is conducted by an AI agent and it expects too much while asking weird questions.

hard, so many processes but good for practice in the future for any other AI interview related, overall, it was a good experience so far. I had gain new knowledge about AI data so far.
