This was one of the interviews I went on where it didn’t feel like an interview! Everyone is very personable and friendly. The 2nd interview I was called back for was the best part. I actually sat down with someone directly from the team as they thoroughly explained the position! They gave me time to ask questions and made sure I left with no questions or concerns. Unfortunately I could not start due to sudden relocation on my behalf, however I would have loved to have joined the team at Iron City!

Question 1
What’s the biggest challenge you have faced and how did you over come it?
Simple, scripted interview by someone younger than my own daughter. Someone was awkwardly sitting next to us... I think she said that he was shadowing the interview (?) Overall it was an odd interview for an odd job.

The work culture is amazing! They actually play Netflix in the lobby for the interviewees. The human resources administrators are very nice, and the director was very professional. I was able to meet them, along with the management team for my second interview. The second round interview was a lot more in depth. They have a very well known reputation for helping Fortune 500 businesses grow on a national level. It has been an amazing experience thus far.
