Irvine Company reached out to me and the timeline from contact to interview was 2 weeks. Interviewed with 3 team members including Sr. Management. Interviews were conversational and pleasant. I was however very disappointed that there was no follow up to say yah or nay. If you are willing to take 1/2 day off to interview, they owe you the courtesy at least a follow up email.
