Overall, I was very impressed with the interview process. About a week after I applied, HR contacted me to schedule an interview. From there, I received a link to a MicrosoftTeams video call (video interviews because of Covid). I was interviewed by the hiring manager and their manager. It was a very smooth experience. During the interview, the hiring manager gave me a timeline for what happens next. HR followed through with that timeline, and called me when the hiring manager said they should call me. I was told I would get a call from HR about their decision regardless if I was offered the position or not. I was impressed with this, and it made me want to work for them even more.
