well defined process, regular connect with the candidate and updated the status timely. must appreciate the HR team. Got to know the job expectations clearly. During the offer time to joining date, HR was well connected.
Good all around and efficient. good questions asked and had a lot to say about the company. Was able to ask questions as well and they were thouroughly answered. Was happy with the overall experience

Entretien
After applying online, I got an email about phone screen interview. and it took less than half an hour. In the interview I was asked about my previous projects work. Then he asked me how to search for an element in an array. When I told him we can use binary search tree and find it in O(log n), he didn't like my answer and and he mentioned that using hashing will help finding the element in constant time.
