There is no application process you pay $99 to sign up. The interview process is someone who is already a distributor tells you that you would be good at selling the product and tell you how easy it is and how easy sign up is... They add you to thief team, they continue to build their team and some help you along the way to build your own team, some leave you hanging after they cover themselves with enough people signed up under them.

It was very easy, and I got the job after the first interview! They asked me a limited number of questions, and then I answered them, and once that was complete, they responded by telling me that I was hired!

Entretien
It was mainly done online. If you knew someone who also was a distributor then you sign up with a low cost of $99. From there you would get training from that person whom you have signed with then they bring you through a series of questions like "Why you chose to sign with that person in particular? How much money did you want to make? Etc." A process called the Steps to Success is supplemented and along you go.
