The step was over the phone screening which was very simple and straight forward. Then they scheduled an in person interview with a tour of the school. Very easy to navigate.

Very Easy. Initial interview was a brief screening over the phone. Was given a follow up interview with one of the directors and a tour of the school. In both cases the interview was very conversational and casual, and extremely friendly.
