1) HR Screening round > he will check & ask about your past experience & communication skill. If he likes your response he will further forward your job profile to manager.
2) General Managers round after only shortlisting your resume.

There was two panel interview with General Manager, they will asked you questions about past experiences & information given on resume.
They will ask question about the job profile you have applied so you should able to answer this as well.
