Multiple interview about 3-4 per office. You will meet with a panel and team in different positions. Then a broker/producer then the team you'll be working on. It was a little extended for me because I interview at multiple offices. Ones I made my decision in the office I liked I was able to come on board within a month. Total time for me from first interview to first day was February-June
