Had an interview with 2 account managers for 30 minutes, very standard questions. I learned in the interview that the job would require a lot of collaboration and that there would be 4-5 rounds of interviews—which seems silly because this job offers low pay, almost no benefits, and poor work/life balance (recruiter would message me at 6pm, which is already a red flag). I was only interested in the interview and am glad I did not prepare/research this company further besides using Glassdoor. In the interview, it felt like they wanted to suss out if I would be willing to withstand the demands of agency life with poor pay, etc.
