I completed a questionnaire prior to my initial interview. I had 3 interviews, each with a few different members of the team. It was very natural and conversational and I could tell that fit was very important to the company. I felt pretty comfortable in the process. I completed a writing exercise after my first interview to demonstrate my skill.
