Assessment centre with an interview, competency test questions, and group activity. The interview itself lasts ~1 hour, with questions tailored to the pathway that you have applied to. The competency test covers some basic spelling and grammar questions before getting into pathway-specific topics. The group project culminated in a presentation to office staff.
