My first interview round in April of 2017 was pretty typical - nothing of interest or excitement. Fast forward to December, 2017 (process was delayed by me, not them). I met with the entire safety team during their summit. It was a normal panel interview except for the fact the team continued to work on their laptops the entire time and were not engaged unless they were the ones to ask a question. One safety manager, I felt, was exceptionally rude and interrupted me quite forcefully. The HR representation in the room was fine. They actually seemed plugged into what I was saying.
