I went though a recruiter. After an initial phone screen with the recruiter, they set up a phone interview with a couple of the JCM managers in the department I applied for. After a mix of personal and technical questions, we moved on to an on site interview. They began with a written C++ quiz that ranged from multiple choice questions to writing a sample piece of code. It then moved on to speaking with the 2 hiring managers and the women who would be my direct supervisor. They asked similar technical questions to the phone screen as well as the stereotypical job interview questions, after about 30 minutes, we finished up and they walked me out the door. One thing I noticed and really bugged me was the fact that the one woman in the interview room, did not get to say a word the entire time besides introducing herself.
