I applied online and I was called in for an interview the following week. I made sure that I arrived early and to my surprise I found that the store wasn't open yet. I called HR and they apologized and told me to enter though their main entrance (which was on the other side). I finally came in and waited to be interviewed, but since the store was opening soon the manager apologized and told me that she had to do a quick meeting with the sale associates. It was interesting hearing what the sale goals were and how much they sold. After, we went upstairs for the interview and I was asked if I was still interested.
