I had to describe how I would handle different situations like for example "If you had a customer wanting a certain pair of a shoes that was in the store 2 weeks ago, but is not there anymore, what could you offer her as an option?" And we basically talked about how I would balance school and work, but I was only in school for the first 2 weeks I worked there.
