Applied on the website, and was called about two months later for an interview. Met with H.R. Manager, and was basically only asked about four questions. Then met with the store manager and was asked two questions. Told they would let me know in a week, because they had to run background checks. Called exactly a week later and told that the background check had not come back, but that they would extend an offer dependent upon the results.

Easy, got hired in 1 week and was able to start as soon as possible. It was a good process and I liked the people I interviewed with. The culture is off to a positive start.
