The interview process started by talking with the JCP Technical Recruiter Victor. He asked some basic questions about information on my resume. Then we discussed the role in more detail. After that I went on site and meet with the Leadership team, this was a half day event .

The questions were situational based questions that allow for very interactive discussions. I was able to get a feel for what the team was looking to accomplish.
