J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez JCPenney (Morgantown, WV) en avr. 2021
Entretien
I applied online, and I got a phone call within a few days to come in for an interview. The first thing they asked while on the phone was "Were you planning any vacations anytime soon" so that led me to believe that they do not want people taking time off.
I went in, and the manager talked about the position and described what it was about. They do have a credit card quota that you have to meet where you have to sell so many store credit cards in a certain time period, or you get your hours cut significantly. So I would not work there if you cannot successfully get people to sign up for the store charge card.
I ended up declining the position because of the low pay and the credit card quota.

It’s a typical behavioral interview. i was just asked what my availability is. Group interview but I’m sure everyone got hired if they had decent availability. Very easy interview, started working a week or two later
