I applied to work for jcpenny and received a call for an interview. I arrived on time but the hiring manager was 30 minutes late. the manager never asked me any interview questions. He just asked me to tell him about my self and then he said I was hired for the drapery department but the department manager was on vacation. He said she was going to contact me in one week. He also told me not to apply or interview any were else. After 3 weeks passed and no call. I called the hiring manager, he said the drapery manager was going to call me the next day. She did not call. The hiring manager is a liar and I am glad I am not working for them. This store has poor inexperienced managers with no respect for their employees.
