I was interviewed by both the manager of operations and the department manager. Strangely, it gave me more confidence and I did really well. They alternated in asking me questions about my experience with jewelry sales, emphasizing the sales portion, and asked me specific things about why I would like to work in jewelry again. It was a pretty quick process for me and I think my confidence helped speed things along because we had so many things in common the it flowed more like a conversation than a normal interview. Not sure if they normally do interviews with two interviewers, but it sure helped take the pressure off of me and there were little to no chances for awkward silences.
