I was initially approached by the CEO, Jamie via LinkedIn for a phone interview last year (2018). It all went well and they brought me into the office for an in person interview. At that time I thought it was a great company; the group I interviewed with was very friendly and everyone seems to get along really well and seemed to enjoy their job. I then went back for a 2nd interview and then a 3rd. I kept thinking, man they must really like me to bring me in 3 times. I live about 30 minutes from the office but I thought, whatever it's worth it. After my 3rd and final interview (with the CEO) I was told they'd be in touch. Weeks went by and I never heard from them. A year later I still have not heard from them (not that I'd expect anything now or even a month later). I found it incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude to leave someone you brought in 3 separate times hanging the way they did. I hope they treat their clients better than they treat potential employees.
