Had 1 round long back by some folks from Israel, that was a technical round and the interviewer asked related technical questions. E.g. - DS, PS, distributed systems concepts. Next round was another discussion with 2 members, asked questions, more or less relevant, okay round. Next one was with a director supposedly, horrible round, the person was totally unaware of modern distributed computing systems, and modern computing systems. Was looking up the concepts in between interview, asked me to hold on as he was reading the concepts. Asked questions which he doesn't understand, sometimes completely unrelated. The old person kept asking about 'real time' systems but when I showed what I did he couldn't even fathom the technologies, waaste of time, but I guess I had an hour to spare anyways. Had a horrible time - which the HR confirmed after a week saying that I was not suitable for the role, thank you. A big NO, bad experience.
