Applied online. Went through a phone call screening, then a zoom call, then a technical interview. After that, had another phone call with HR, then the Managers of the position I applied for. Things were looking good and I remained positive. Had another call with HR, told me that my odds were good and can expect an offer soon. A month passes and he calls me back, saying the same thing. I follow up a few weeks later and its the same old story, saying that I look like a good applicant but they need time to get my packet in order. The interview process took several months and I'm still left hanging. I would rather just be rejected then in limbo, with a false hope of an offer. Feels like a major red flag if the onboarding process is this long and uncoordinated. I'm just going to stay at my current company.
