Met pod leader for first interview for a discussion or chat which went well.
Met coworker and management for second round, more formal interview which also seemed to go well.
Interviews conducted online and at a suitable time of day.
I did have to chase for application response after the time passed when they said they would get back to me.

Interview was an enjoyable process, everyone was really friendly. I was put at ease right from the start. Had to present how I handle certain situations to senior directors and then followed up with some questions on my way of working.
