It was a short 30 minutes, very typical interview process, in two languages. It was with a panel of 4 people (two directly involved with the team, and two from upper management. 3 Japanese and 1 national). Each panel member asked a simple question, regarding the motivation for applying, and potential contribution to the team and position, and then a small case study.

The interview consists of three phase 1- Math test (15 min.) 2- translation test ( 2 topic in different languages from to (30 min.) 3- group discussions ( will be divided into group 4-5 roughly, and gives you study case to measure leadership skills and teamwork (very sensitive try to read more about group discussion further and prepare well) 4- interview panel (Japanese very accurate, smart and they like the leader and team player candidate apart from academia
