3part interview process.
1st part is a pre-screening where they gauge your interest in the position to make sure you are a people person
2nd part is a field experience based. An employee will take you to Home Depot. All you have to do is make sure the employee likes you
3rd part is a meeting with the President. She will test you on what the main principles of the company and find out your availability
