The application/interview process took 8 weeks, with multiple stages including 1 face to face presentation in the office. I received an email for a 30 minute ‘final discussion’ which seemed to me as though I was the final applicant. Once I dialled in to the final call I was very quickly presented with a task to digest around 8 slides of data in the space of 10 minutes and I would basically have 10 minutes to present back. Unfortunately there were technical issues which burned half of my time and over a week later I received an email to say I had been unsuccessful. I chased a couple of times for feedback and didn’t receive any. I find this extremely disappointing given all of the time I had invested into the process, being asked repeatedly to demonstrate how much I really wanted to secure the role.
